Another annual Niro fishing trip in the books!

Days like this are about spending time together, making memories and enjoying the family we've built here at Niro. We truly believe God has blessed us with the people He has placed on our team and we never want to take that for granted.

Lots of laughs, good food (thanks for the sandwiches Mom & Zia), great company and a well-deserved day on the water with our Niro family!

07/31/2026

Today is a bittersweet day for the Niro FM family as we celebrate the retirement of our very own Josie—better known to all of us as Zia. 💚

Over the years, Zia has given so much to Niro FM through her hard work, dedication, loyalty and genuine care for the people around her. She has been far more than a valued member of our team—she is family, both inside and outside these walls and her presence has helped make Niro FM what it is today.

Zia, we are incredibly grateful for everything you have done for our company and for each of us personally. The office simply will not be the same without you and you will be missed more than words can express. While it is difficult to see you go, we are so happy to watch you begin this well-deserved new chapter.

Please join the entire Niro FM team in congratulating Zia on her retirement and thanking her for the many years of love, loyalty and service she has given us.

We love you Zia. You will always be an important part of the Niro FM family. May the Lord bless you, guide you and fill this next chapter with happiness, peace, rest and countless beautiful memories. Happy Retirement! 💐🎉
