It has been a while since we posted anything so here is a recently completed project from Bethany Beach DE. Complete redo of there yard. 14 loads of topsoil spread and graded. Raised property 12 inches along marsh to stop salt water flooding from higher tides. New well, 13 zone rain bird wi fi controlled irrigation system designed and installed. Beds were defined and mulched. 15,000 square feet of sod installed. Sidewalk replacement and house landscaping is next.

We have had the pleasure to take over full grounds managment of the Gateway Grand properties this year and bring this property back to the level it should be! It had been maintained poorly by another contractor for years and many items were neglected. Now they could not be happier! All irrigation revamped, new turf and river rock at the entrance way. Tropicals on the patio and planters. Over 400 annuals installed. More to do but the progress is great!
