Looking to hire someone who is well versed in all areas of residential remodeling. Electrical is not necessary, but a bonus. Being familiar with current codes is a plus. Must be professional, presentable, and able to uphold the high standard of quality work that has built this business to where it is. Must have reliable and appropriate transportation.

Inside work for the winter, booked for almost 2 full years. I will never ask you to do a job that I won't work right along side of you.

Pay will depend on experience and tools. We are growing faster than I even want to, so there will be plenty of room to grow with us.

Removed an old, temporary land w/ stairs and built this forever deck in its place. This is the first deck I've built since the 2018 IRC came out, and I definitely think it's a step in the right direction! The best part is that I've been building decks to the new standard for years, they just finally caught up to me!

From completely unfinished space, to an in-law style living room. This area was once a ground level storage area with open soffits, no ceiling, and various planes on the walls and floor from various remodels. Now, this space looks like it was part of the original house. Some new soffits and custom aluminum fascia (reusing as much siding as possible to save cost), and these are some very happy customers!

There's nothing quite as awesome is making something better than it was just by fixing it properly. It certainly makes for yet another very happy customer!

Here we have a basement that was finished by the precious homeowner. They did an ok job, except they built their walls too close to the foundation and covered the French drain. This not only caused water to soak the base plate, but also get soaked up into the insulation like a sponge, also weakening the sheetrock.

So, we removed 3 exterior walls and part of an interior wall, built new ones a few inches in, put plastic up on the backside of the new walls for some added insurance, new insulation, new electric to meet code, drywall, tape, sand, paint, and some new drop ceiling.

Then came the upgrades:
New custom shelving
New window extension jambs (old ones were OSB)
New carpet on the rear entrance stairs
New COREtec Floors flooring
New LED lighting

If that wasn't enough, we then found a surprise! The previous owner cut almost half of the floor joist out on either side of one of the lights, because they hung their drop ceiling grid too close for the light to fit. The homeowner had always wondered why the floor bounced when the dog ran across the living room, no wonder! In fact, one of the joists had already cracked! We jacked up the floor and installed some new joists to carry the load, installed the ceiling grid at the proper height, and averted a possible disaster.
