A newly acquired rental property needed a quick turnaround on flooring. We were able to upgrade this concrete to laminate and have it ready for listing photos.

This client needed to get water out to newly planted trees and shrubs. We trenched in lines, laid down pipe and installed drip lines. It’s an ideal time to do this sort of work as any disruption of grass will fill in quickly this Spring.

We are scheduling sprinkler startups and sprinkler audits at our .
While CO spring can be fickle (we know that snow is still coming...) it’s a good idea to have your system ready to go somewhere between mid April and early May. If you plan on fertilizing, you’ll want to be able to water it in. Our startups include a basic irrigation audit, adjusting sprinkler heads for coverage and diagnosing any problems.

Andrew has a unique background, with work experience ranging from caretaking a large working ranch, to changing spark plugs in small engines. We understand how difficult it can be to find trustworthy, reliable help and want to make ourselves available to meet that need. The desire to offer a high quality product with exceptional customer service has lead us to find a way to spend more time with you, our customers, by offering more of these services. Andrew’s experience in managing, updating and optimizing sprinkler systems will continue to be the focus of our company, but going forward, we will also offer a variety of handyman and property maintenance services to help you streamline your property maintenance. We also provide property caretaking services, whether a monthly check in to make sure that all systems are working and well maintained, or annual maintenance or fire mitigation for a cabin or vacation home.
