Weve been Making pretty good progress on this screened pavilion project, but we still have to go back abd install the screens and doors next week to finish it on up !

We went back today and added some trim , sanded and oiled the Tiger wood for the 3rd and final coat And we are done 😃

Well I finally got my outdoor carpet tiles installed in my ongoing screened room project, after working on it whenever I could find a little spare time! Between working on all my customers homes I’ve had to squeeze my project in just whenever I could. But after waiting all spring and summer it’s finally coming together just in time for cooler weather 😊

It’s been a little rough working in This blustery cold weather all week but We finally finished up another deck renovation project today. We reinforced the existing deck with new 6x6post , built a 12x 15 addition with landing and doggie ramp . Built new railings, underpinning and also added the underpinning to the fence around the patio area .
The dogs and homeowners are happy campers now 😆

It’s taken some time but we finally finished up the the carpentry work on the mid seventies house trailer we have been remodeling at lay lake.
We will go back soon and replace the existing tin roof with new black metal roofing. And then paint the exterior siding white and trim it out In black .
And They should be ready to kick off the summer fun soon 😊

Jordan ran down to lay lake today to install the back aluminum pickets on the lake house project we have been working on . And I went up to Sumiton to install wainscoting in a guest bathroom we are remodeling for a friend. It’s been a great good Friday 😂

We still like finishing up painting the windows but this is looking like a totally different house!

Today and tomorrow we are painting vinyl siding and Soffit on a home where I have done several projects in the past couple years ! Homeowners did not like the original yellow based siding color so I have have been waiting for 6 weeks now on decent weather so we could paint it and get it done ! It should look totally different tomorrow afternoon.

Well It was a cold breezy kinda day today, but we did manage to take out a patio door that only had one door operable and installed a new double patio door . Now the homeowners can get moved in a little easier next week!
