Basement job for a long time client. Painted all the ceiling joist a nice black finish. Then framed out the exterior concrete walls with a metal channel as he wanted to save as much space as he could. Some new drywall and gave it a smooth finish. Then a coat of primer an 2 coats of white. Once again hes a happy customer. I always appreciate long time returning clients. Hes a huge cardinal fan and this will be his big man cave.
