Let’s stay weather aware today friends!

Oklahoma Tornado Update: the TORNADO INDEX for Central and NE Oklahoma has increased today due to more confidence in the risk for severe weather and tornadoes.

The TORNADO INDEX is now at an 8 for all in red. The tornado risk will come in waves today. Western Oklahoma will see the risk for severe storms during the late morning and afternoon and then Central Oklahoma, in the afternoon and evening.

The threat for strong tornadoes, and long track tornadoes are possible today and then as we approach evening, the threat for brief spin up tornadoes will increase.

2. Know where your water shut off is, and how to turn it off.
3. Drip your faucets.
