A frequent question we receive is, "when is the best time to have our heat-pump serviced?"

For outdoor cleanings, after pollen season is a great time to clean up condenser coils to keep system pressures in check.

As for indoor systems, ANYTIME! Especially if you have had a system that hasn't been serviced in a year or two.

We also install ion generating strips on indoor units to help with overall air quality in your space!

Here are a few before and after examples of a poorly serviced indoor system. Please do not hesitate to get your heatpump service shecudled!

With extremely low temperatures here for a few days, it's a good idea to turn up thermostats on your forced hot air and hydronic sources of heat. This will help ensure that pipes in basements and exterior walls are treated at these sub zero temperatures.
