Today, Steve is taking part in the Build Competition at the AFSA44 Convention!
Hosted by the American Fire Sprinkler Association (AFSA), this event highlights the top emerging talent in the fire protection industry.

Steve is of the top 7 apprentices in the nation showcasing his skill and precision as he builds a complete fire sprinkler system using tools supplied by Milwaukee Tool.

We’re proud to see Steve representing our team and demonstrating the craftsmanship, dedication, and professionalism that define our trade.

Help us cheer on Stephen Dolan, who’s headed to Washington, D.C. as a finalist in the AFSA National Apprentice Competition! 🛠️🇺🇸

Stephen is 1 of only 7 apprentices nationwide selected to compete at AFSA44, and we couldn’t be prouder of his hard work and dedication. 💪

Career Fair at Hawley Elementary!

Today we had the incredible opportunity to visit Hawley Elementary School for their very first career fair! 🎉

We spoke with students about the fire protection industry, the importance of fire safety, and how we work alongside the fire department to keep our communities safe.

The students got a hands-on look at some of the tools, valves, and sprinkler heads we use every day—and they loved it! From learning about emergency response to asking some really smart questions, the students were curious, engaged, and full of energy.

It was truly an honor to show them what the fire protection industry is like and to give them a glimpse into the work we do to help protect lives and property.

A big thank you to Hawley Elementary for inviting us to be part of such a special day!

Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, even the mouse, when all of a sudden there appeared some light smoke, than the smoke alarm sounded and everyone woke, off in the distance, a fire began to grow, and all of a sudden it started to slow, than what to my wondering eyes did appear, a group of firefighters in full turnout gear! And I heard one exclaim to the others with a shout, THIS HOME HAS SPRINKLERS, THE FIRE IS OUT! As they drove away, they where all full of cheer, knowing fire sprinklers work everyday of the year!

Return bend components definitions according to - 2019 edition:

1- : A horizontal pipe that extends from the branch line to a single sprinkler or a sprinkler above and below a ceiling.

2- : A vertical pipe between the cross main and branch line.

3- : The pipes supplying sprinklers, either directly or through sprigs, drops, return bends, or arm-overs.

4- : A device or assembly used to support the gravity load of the system piping.

5- : A sprinkler designed to be installed in such a way that the water stream is directed downward against the deflector.
