Going on our 3rd year of renovations after completely stripping this 1864 historical building to its bones…on 8/5/25 we did the first EVER turn-over & clean!!! Some guests were there, some were about to arrive and we killed it!

We personally, and passionately work individually with every client, owner, designer, architect, landscaper. In additon to that we bring our own contractors, plumbers, electricians, lawn services, and cleaners! We literally do everything from snow removal to swapping out toilet paper rolls, just after reframing the bathroom wall to accommodate your unique wall-mount sink….and toilet paper holder!

Everyone HAS to check this estate out!

The I-beam is in!!!! Such a great, thought out idea that we were able to make a reality! NOW we can resume the electrical, plumbing, Sheetrock, and prep for the upstairs En Suite and third floor Master bath and walk-in!!

Electric car charger ✅
Outdoor water faucets (hot & cold) ✅
New lighting ✅
New I-beam to replace the stand alone beam that obstructed the two car garage ✅
New plumbing ✅
New electric ✅

A lot of good things are happening at Jk Ro & Sons, LLC and we’re so thankful to have clients that actually miss us when we aren’t there and hate to let us go when we leave!
