Mark Kramer is licensed in the state of Maryland, the state of Virginia, and the District of Columbia since 1983. Additionally, Mark Kramer is a noted sculptor who has designed many pieces for public art and private collections. As a sculptor, he specializes in the use of welded steel and bronze to create his designs. A significant piece, "Lyrical Lady," a 25ft. steel sculpture, serves as a gateway into downtown Bethesda, Maryland.
