Our interns recently had the chance to tour Wagner Affordable Senior Living Residences. It's a five-story, all-affordable 67-unit senior housing development located in Washington DC’s Ward 8 neighborhood.
It was an amazing experience for the interns to see how a team can come together and build something for the community.

Meet Colin Davis, one of our construction interns! He's been working on 2401 Pennsylvania Avenue over the past couple of weeks. On the jobsite right now, they're working on core drilling on the second, third, and fourth floors. There has also been a lot of requests for information and submittals being done. We can't wait to see what he continues to get up to!

Our interns recently had the opportunity to tour The Gallery. Developed by Monument Realty and designed by Davis Carter Scott / DCS Design, The Gallery will be the first new multifamily housing to come to Chinatown in more than a decade.

It was a great experience for our interns to see firsthand how projects like this come together and the impact they have on transforming communities.

Angel Tarabillo Michel has been working on The Miradoro project the past few weeks during his internship. A few updates from the project include the masonry team beginning to build up brick walls on the exterior of the second floor of the buolding. The second brick placement is near completion with items being set up to commence with third floor masonry and other items. We're looking forward to hearing more updates on The Miradoro!
