The world’s greatest closet designer, Karen Pfeiffer, retired over a year ago. Before she left she took a young lady named Kelsey Hogarth under her wing. Taught her a lot. Now Kelsey is kicking butt. A fantastic design in a home up north by another great closet designer.

We had a little issue with color selection this morning for a client that is building a new home. We came to realize we could not get the original wood grain he preferred. Kelsey jumped into action right away. She found a close match and gives it to me to share the bad news with the client. I contacted him, he got back to quickly. He loved her suggestion. Disaster averted. Then he sent me the text below. I just love it when people show appreciate for your hard work.
