Good afternoon friends & family of Strauser Home Improvements... We are moments away from the start to another school year... Many of you are already a week ahead of us... As a business owner and PROUD Father of 2 amazing Step Sons and a Daughter I want to throw out the same thing I have for the past year or more... Kids have school projects needing tools... Odd materials... A place to work... A guy who knows how to use all of the above... Not all Men are created equal with the same kind of upbringing and skill set as others... SOOOO. Strauser Home Improvements is offering my entire set up to help you and your kid at any time throughout their school year if / when needed for school projects... I can bring my 14' mobile work shop to you and we can work in your driveway or most commonly easier would be you coming to Me to work at my place... I would be helping, you and your kid will be doing most of the work... Your kid will have a blast trust me... And you will create a memory to last a lifetime... Greetings all from the other side of a knee replacement... I am a week and 1 day past having my knee surgery and starting to feel a little better each day...

I am reaching out because "TIME FLYS WHEN WERE HAVING FUN" Right??? :). It is just shy of September 2026 and I already have one for sure deck project on the schedule for 2027 and another that is just shy of signing... Now is the time if you just purchased that new home that needs that beautiful space to enjoy some relaxation and fresh air in the outdoors... I am taking calls for free estimates to get things organized for coming into next year... Don't wait for spring or you'll be waiting until 2028 to get your project... Reach out to your friends / family needing any remodels as well... We love the remodels as much as we do the new and can often save you thousands on your project... And are always more than happy to get into repairs and or adding new railings etc... We love the small jobs as much as we do the large jobs... Porches etc...

Winter jobs... Looking for a few more smaller bathroom jobs... Like powder rooms etc... We have at least one and close to 2 larger full remodels with custom tile showers etc going on so don't want to push the timing with another large job, but we always need smaller jobs to fill in the gaps... Drywall repairs... Trim jobs... Custom Projects... Etc...

What you get with Strauser Home Improvements... - We are NOT just a home remodeling company... We are a force forged in the old school ways of human beings back when they cared about other human beings... We are blue collar professionals who do not sleep at night if there is an issue with something we did... We are a collection of old school craftsman who take pride in our work and pride in the care of the households we work in... We are clean... We work neat... We leave things better than we came... And we treat you like FAMILY!!! Along with all of the above we keep an eye on our community... This week I saw a single woman living alone reaching out for some foundation work on her home... I know my business and I KNOW that this poor woman will be drug through the coals... I saw on a public forum someone reaching out to her I know is NOT a nice human being or one who knows what they are doing... I met her today at zero charge to look over her issues... Spent time talking about what was going on... I called up my closest friends in the business... I sat at my computer and did research finding her what I thought would be the best people for the job and on top of it all I told her to get it scheduled for estimates before my knee surgery Next Thursday because I wanted to be there when they came to look over the project... See with Strauser Home Improvements we don't do a job and deposit your money into my account... We make friends... Create Family... And back up each and every customer I have ever had... Why??? Because THANKS to my parents, I don't know any other way... Have a good night all... Strauser Home Improvements is taking estimates for early spring 2027... We are also booking winter projects indoors as well... We are coming in guns blazing so get on the schedule while you can... Good afternoon all!!! I know this sounds NUTS, but we are booking up for spring of 2027... This year was a little slower, ok a LOT slower year for us due to some physical issues I have been struggling with... Next year we are coming in guns blazing and I can assure you the schedule will be getting filled up real quick... If your an organized human like Me and know this is in your next years future, NOW is the time to have Me out and get things rolling for you... BECAUSE of this years nightmare I am doing something to give us the start I want for 2027... I am offering this years pricing on next years project... As with anything prices go up from year to year... Have us out for an estimate and let's get you on the schedule and your pricing will stay the same until we get there to make this project a reality for you... Hey all!!! That time again!!! Due to a bit of a fire scare at home I just parked my dump trailer at home and we cleaned our basement closet where our heating system is so it can get replaced. I need to get it dumped asap to use it for some trimmings at my nephews place, but I still have a lot of room in it.
