Effective Feb 1st 2022 we will be requiring 50% deposit on all junk removal jobs to be scheduled before any truck or van sent to any location. With various jobs, and employees quitting due to changes constantly happening when customers say they want us and change plans, we can’t tell other customers to wait or move their jobs around. Reliability is critical in this business. Schedule your junk job a few days or longer in advance.

Lease is signed, insurance is handled and construction is starting. Stevie blatz entertainment and Snowleaf landscaping equipment and office is moving to Phillipsburg New Jersey through July and august. We are excited for this opportunity to provide faster and more organized service to clients. We will store all equipment, office, Stevie’s collection of memorabilia, media desk, photography studio and maintenance department all under one building. We are ready for long days ahead with the move and insurance inventory as equipment arrives daily and nightly from one facility to the new one. We will stop certain services on certain days so please bare with us. This has been years in the making to get a building of this size.

Effective June 1st 2021 Snowleaf landscaping will cease any future services for customers who take more than 3 days to pay on a past month bill. Only exception is to commercial customers mailing checks from corporate offices. Small businesses, houses, landlords, realtors etc.,,must make payment on time or no services will continue such as lawn mowing. We do also have the right to bill you for any missed mowings due to not receiving payment on time for last month of services.

Example—$300 is owed for services on May 29th, we just mowed lawn May 27th. We get paid June 4th, the first mowing of the month is canceled but you pay late, we then do 3 mowings in June. You will be billed for 4 mowings as the grass is higher for the first cut even though we didn’t go there since we weren’t paid on time.
