She began her career in property management at 18, where she developed a strong foundation in client relations, contracts, and community operations. In 2002, she transitioned into new home sales, where she discovered her love for the entire home-building process—from selecting floor plans to the final design touches. This passion, combined with her expertise, led her to co-found Sycon Restoration in 2013, providing homeowners with top-quality renovation and restoration services.
