Electrical Tip Tuesday!

Don’t cut corners on bathroom remodels. We recently heard about a “handyman” who renovated two bathrooms on the same circuit with no permits, including exhaust fans with lights and heaters that also require a separate mechanical permit for roof venting. Electrical and mechanical work must be done by the proper licensed and insured contractors, with the proper permits and inspections to help keep your home safe and up to code. Saving a little up front isn’t worth the risk of fire hazards, failed inspections, or costly repairs later.
