We’re wrapping up the roof sheathing, making sure every detail is done with precision. From proper expansion gaps to nail spacing.

Next up: waterproofing with SharkSkin membrane, then we move forward with framing the main house.

There’s so much that needs to be taken into consideration in landscaping design and curb appeal … from planting location, plants hight, giving space and respect for each plant and up to sun exposure, type of irrigation and water volume. We’ll be there to guide and assist 🙏.

Sometimes the most productive move is to slow down.

In construction, rushing doesn’t just create mistakes—it can ruin what’s already taking shape. A finish that’s curing, a plan that’s solid, a project that’s ripe for the next step… force it too early and you end up fixing what didn’t need fixing.

Something that I learned and keep on practicing is,
When things get turbulent, don’t push harder—get steadier.
Slow down, create space, and let the next step reveal itself. Not passive—just precise. Not “doing nothing”—doing the right thing at the right time.

That’s how we protect quality, communication, and the integrity of the work.
