Videos like this can be misleading because they make it look like you need to twist the conductors excessively before installing the wire connector. 🤦‍♂️

The amount of pre-twisting depends on:
✅ The type of wire connector being used
✅ The manufacturer’s instructions
✅ Wire size and conductor count
✅ Local code requirements and best practices

Over-twisting can damage conductors, weaken connections, and create unnecessary stress on the wire. A proper splice isn’t measured by how many twists you can fit into it—it’s measured by a secure, tested, code-compliant connection. ⚡

📖 Always follow the wire connector manufacturer’s instructions and installation specifications.

Those wire nuts got more facial expressions than some of the guys on the jobsite. 😅

Sometimes you open a box and find craftsmanship…
Other times you find a support group. 😂⚡

We’ve all heard it before:
