Provided rapid response service to get the theater school operational prior to a scheduled event. Diagnosed a faulty main disconnect that was preventing reliable power. Safely bypassed the failed disconnect and installed a properly rated breaker to serve as a means of disconnect, restoring stable power to the facility and allowing operations to proceed for the event.

We’re installing all new panels and relocating the service mast to a safer location after deteriorated cloth wiring was found creating a fire hazard. Bringing this system up to code for long-term safety and reliability.

Outdated cloth wiring removed and replaced with new THHN conductors to meet current safety standards. We also installed smart dimmers for modern lighting control and added GFCI protection where required for enhanced safety and code compliance.
