Do you Have an illegal ADU.
Owner had changed the recreation room to two units. They got caught after many years and had a hearing to tear down the units back to a Rec. room. Owner was devastated he had two tenants living inside. I was contacted plans were approved for 2 Adu’s side by side . Pluming, Hvac passed. Had to update the electrical since both units were running on 20 amp breaker I had to force the owner to do this since it was fire hazard and he would never passed inspection. Passed all inspections went to the hearing for him and he now has two legal Adu’s on the block of Shenandoah St. Los Angeles Ca 90035.
