Demo is officially done in Essex. 👊

Almost everything is down to the studs, and the house is starting to look completely different.

Upstairs, we’ve cleared everything out to turn the half attic into a full second floor. Once the roof comes off, we’ll be adding onto the side and seamlessly connecting the new space to give the future tenants a lot more room.

The transformation is just getting started.

Some time ago, we had the opportunity to design this 5,250 sq. ft. home in Newton, and it's exciting to finally see it completed. There's nothing quite like watching a project evolve from an idea on paper into a finished home.
