Fall season is the best time for seeding, sodding, and planting! There’s a very short time window for these 3 things to be completed for the best success so don’t wait on It!
A lot of people will wait till October to do all this and unfortunately you’re already too late then and can’t get the best results
My advice is to get these things done as soon as possible if you plan on any of them!

This was last years lawn renovation. This year I only dethatched, aerated, and seeded. No peat moss no topsoil just trying to thicken up the already good lawn that’s there

Aerating your lawn has many great benefits. Just aeration alone allows for better root growth, water pe*******on, and nutrients to reach the soil below the grass. On top of this, you can do an overseed, which will help to thicken up the lawn with new healthy grass as the aeration holes close over a couple weeks time
