We put a lot of work into this Rockport beach house. We removed all the walls in the main living space, including a fireplace and the wall dividing the house from the sunroom for an open concept. With the added space we were able to create a large kitchen with oversize island creating plenty of space for friends. New floors, replacement windows, and a fresh coat paint really gave this beach house a whole new look.

Same house new look. We took this basic Beverly saltbox colonial split level circa 80s and transformed it into a modern colonial.
