The largest dealership to date for Herb Chambers in Massachusetts, this project delivers scale, complexity, and performance at every level.

From the service floor to the showroom tower, each level is connected, moving vehicles seamlessly through the building with a five-floor car elevator at its core.

Delivered alongside long-standing partner The Herb Chambers Companies and continued with Asbury Automotive Group, this is a project built on partnership, precision, and performance.

Last week, we celebrated a major milestone at ’s Porsche Boston with the official topping-off of the structural steel. Despite winter conditions and the complexity of a zero-lot-line site, our team continues to push forward. The project remains on schedule for a March 2027 completion and will be our 14th project with Herb Chambers.

This 90,000-SF, multi-level, ground-up Gen 5 Porsche facility will be the first of its kind in Massachusetts—built to Porsche’s latest Image Program standards.

🔩 Steel Highlights:
• 636 tons of structural steel installed
• 91,000 SF of decking
• 55 tons of roof joists

Steel is rising in the heart of Boston at Porsche dealership—and precision is everything.

Built on a true zero-lot-line site, this project leaves no room for error. Our crane operates entirely within the building footprint and is repositioned every three sequences as the structure climbs. Add in unconventional building angles, tight logistics, and just-in-time deliveries, and every move has to be intentional.

This drone footage captures the momentum of steel going up—and we’re closing in on topping off. Big credit to the team for making the complex look seamless.
