is a startup home building and remodeling company. As the principal, I have over 25 years in residential and commercial building and remodeling. I have worked and supervised projects from small bathroom remodels to remodels to $2,000,000 new construction homes with every type of project in between. I have award winning kitchens and bath renovations to my credit as well as new construction homes an

d landscape projects that have been recognized with awards. I have worked directly with clients, architects and designers on successful projects while creating a partnership based relationship with all involved. Client satisfaction with construction professionals, sub-contractors, venders or the actual client himself is of highest priority. We aim to make whomever we work for and with happy and satisfied. Currently we are a small crew of four with an excellent skill set. Three excellent carpenters and a laborer currently make up our crew. Either framing a new construction home or installing a high end kitchen we are skilled and comfortable. As said, we are a startup company hungry to create new relationships and contacts. No job is considered too small for us. We are fully insured with Workman’s Comprehensive and Liability insurance. State Construction Supervisors Unrestricted License and a Ma. Home Improvement License. We own and carry all necessary tools from a dump truck to Festol dustless finish equipment. Over the years, I have developed great relationships with many mechanical subcontractors who continue to work for us presently. We have an array of specialty contractors we work with routinely to facilitate any type of project. We have supply accounts with lumber yards in excellent standing. I have years of experience in estimating and job costing projects if necessary. We are very well rounded and eager to either bid your projects or work on a time and materials basis. If the opportunity arose we would love to take any project from start to finish. We are based on the North Shore (Salem, Marblehead) but also have long time clients all over the metro Boston area. We are very much willing to travel. I would be happy to provide references from clients, building professionals and suppliers upon request. Please consider us for any of your needs.
