This stairwell and landing area were in need of some sanding and TLC!
We ended up lightly sanding the horizontal boards, and used the Festool sander to safely prep the banisters.

One coat of Benjamin Moore Arborcoat work really well. Now the owners can enjoy a cup of coffee on that outdoor set! 💯☕️
