Started this job early this week located in Prouts Neck Scarborough in giving this house a much needed exterior make over.
Started by stripping around house and regrading complete lot and creating a set of stairs out of the existing rock on site to create that “OLD NEW ENGLAND LOOK” for the water front property and installed stone drip strip around complete house and moved on to drainage in the back then base prepped for a permeable paver patio and started with installing screened loam over complete site.
Finish loam and landscape starts next week with irrigation and a new driveway.

We got the lawn installed today at F.O. Goldthwaites store in Biddeford pool with new Turf from Winding Brooke Turf Farm in Lyman. Sam and his crew got this load ready in short notice for us to get this done today before the rain.
Really nice finishing touch and no waiting for grass to grow. 😎👍 Bam 💥

We completed the finishing touches to the F.O. Goldthwaite’s Store Seawall project in Biddeford Pool today with the split rail fence put back in place and loamed complete back yard ready for seeding.
Landscape planting was done by Sullivan Landscapes on Wednesday with 160 Virginia Rose set in nicely into the slope.
Hydro seeding to be done by Cutters Edge / Joe McNeeley!!
Great job by our subs and the Littlefield Excavation & Paving Crew..

Toady we went from plowing and Salting yesterday late last night into the early hours this morning to installing drains, radon piping and stone throughout interior and exterior for John Jr. and Lexi Korpaczewski’s new house!! 🏡

Final phase of the foundation work that we finished today on this Hill’s Beach House including the new water line and curb stop with new stainless steel rod and riser and sewer line installed out from utility chase to exterior foundation piers.
Electrical trench and conduits will be next then this project will be wrapped up for us until spring for a new septic system, driveway and finish work.

Finished another house up in Biddeford Poole a week ago and got it ready for the framers to start Builders.
Foundation by DL Foundations and it came out great as always. 👍
