This position is a great fit for someone who likes working with equipment, staying busy, and helping keep things running behind the scenes.

Responsibilities include:
Small repairs and maintenance on trucks, trailers, and equipment
Detailing and cleaning equipment and vehicles
Keeping the yard clean and organized
Organizing materials, tools, and supplies
Helping with general shop and yard tasks as needed

Experience with equipment, tools, or basic maintenance is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person.

Midwest winters don’t slow us down.
This week our crew was working in -15° temps in the City of Minneapolis on water service installation for a new quadplex. The City completes the tap, we handle the excavation, service install, and coordination for a clean tie-in.
Cold temps, tight city sites, critical infrastructure. Proud of this crew for getting it done no matter the conditions. 🧊
