NANA Construction would like to wish everyone a safe and happy Labor Day.

It was a beautiful barge ride delivering freight to Selawik for the State of Alaska DOT, the raw waterline intake project, and the NANA Broadband project. All of which are part of the important community infrastructure.

Big shoutout to Captain Dennis Kester and his wealth of experience safely delivering freight in the NANA Region for 13+ years!
(look closely that’s him on the left in the wheelhouse)

NANA Construction would like to wish all Alaskan students and their families a safe and productive school year.
As an added safety measure in Kotzebue's Crosswind Runway project, NCC will shut down trucking on 3rd Ave 30 minutes before school, and 30 minutes after school.

NANA Construction would like to give a shoutout to our Civil & Marine Division!
Check out these seldom seen, behind-the-scenes photos of a large barge being loaded with heavy duty equipment, vehicles and building supplies. The barge is starting in Seward, AK, and will be heading ALL the way to Kotzebue, AK.
The white modular homes seen in photos were built by NANA Construction for a NCC employee/NANA Shareholder. Yoii!!

Smooth Sailing North! ⚓🚢

Did you catch this feature in the May issue of Alaska Business Magazine?
Members of the Alaska chapter of NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction) have been a part of the massive effort to help rebuild communities across Western Alaska affected by the devastating Typhoon Halong.
We’re proud to see NANA Construction's Qutan and Iriqtaq Hailstone recognized for their work in the field, along with so many others who helped make the cleanup and rebuilding efforts possible.
A great reminder of what can happen when Alaskans come together to support their communities. 💪🏽
