With profound sadness, we share the news of the passing of our dear colleague and leader, Mike Cain. Mike wasn’t just a part of our organization—he helped shape its very heart. His presence, guidance, and unwavering passion elevated everyone around him.
For over 20 years, Mike devoted himself to our mission, ultimately serving as our Vice President of Operations, where his leadership set a standard of excellence that will continue to guide us. He approached every challenge with determination and an unshakeable belief in doing things the right way. Mike always strived for the best in everything he did, and he inspired others to rise to that same level.
Beyond his remarkable work, Mike created a meaningful and lasting impact on our community. His kindness, generosity, and willingness to support others extended far beyond the workplace. Whether he was mentoring a colleague, volunteering his time, or offering a helping hand wherever it was needed, Mike touched countless lives with humility and compassion.
Mike leaves behind a legacy defined by integrity, dedication, and heart. He will be missed deeply by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
