Class A CDL Driver – BEI Oilfield Services, Inc.

Location: Big Spring, Texas
Pay: Based on Experience
Schedule: Full-Time

BEI Oilfield Services is seeking an experienced and dependable Class A CDL Driver to join our team. We are looking for a safety-minded individual with experience hauling, loading, and unloading oilfield equipment throughout the Permian Basin.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks and trailers
• Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment and materials
• Haul equipment including forklifts, pipe, etc
• Perform proper load securement in accordance with DOT regulations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork
• Assist with equipment loading and unloading at job sites
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience preferred
• Experience loading, securing, and unloading equipment such as forklifts, pipe, trailers, and oilfield equipment is required
• Knowledge of load securement, chains, binders, and DOT regulations
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, and randoms
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• Oilfield experience
• Equipment hauling experience
• Experience operating forklifts and loading equipment

Secretary / Administrative Assistant
Location: Big Spring, TX

BEI Oilfield Services, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and motivated Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Big Spring, Texas.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and financial tracking
- Manage customer billing through OpenInvoice
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Office programs
- Maintain filing systems and company records
- Support management with scheduling and special projects

Qualifications:

- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (required)
- Experience with OpenInvoice (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Previous administrative or office experience (required)

Compensation:
Pay is based on experience.
