ELECTRICAL JOURNEYMAN POSITION

We are looking for a journeyman electrician to work on residential and commercial environments. Some weekend and evening hours are required if needed. You should have solid skills in troubleshooting and a good knowledge of proper safety procedures. Job Responsibilities

• Test electrical systems using tools that include voltmeters and ohmmeters to determine where issues may be occurring.
• Document actions, testing results, observations, final diagnosis of the situation and steps taken to resolve issues for each job or situation
• Repair electrical issues by replacing or installing components, wiring or devices
• Determine the steps necessary to assess an electrical situation using testing devices, blueprints, and maps
• Use ladders, scaffolding, platform, and lifts to work on electrical systems in residential homes, on roadside poles and in commercial properties
• Answer emergency calls quickly, assess the safety of the situation upon first arriving at the scene and provide directions to individuals affected by the electrical emergency to ensure their continued safety and comfort
• Maintain equipment to ensure it is in good condition and can operate or be used safely; report any issues to immediate supervisor

In 2015 as the time went by and with a bit of anxiety and stress, I began an electrical service company. Having years of knowledge of how to work my trade but not enough on business, the only thing I knew at that time was that I couldn't fail at life and that I needed to provide for my family. With a novice but tenacious attitude and very limited funds, I began JNC Electric and stepped out of my comfort zone to begin what seemed to me an impossible dream. As the years went by I developed more friendships with the people I have come in contact with and made my family even bigger. I have the support of my community, friends, family, a great crew which is like family to me and couldn't have asked for anything else. I am blessed and grateful for everything that we have accomplished thus far and hope to continue this track of life for years to come. I wanted to say thank you to everyone that has made JNC Electric the number one electric company here in town but above everything we have been HERE FOR 5 YEARS!!! We celebrate our 5th anniversary today in business and I want to extend my most solemn and heartfelt thanks for making us great! Thank you everyone I couldn't have done this without you!💞

Another project completed from a 200 amp service, pipe work, then installing LED lighting throughout the interior and exterior.

Shoebox LED lighting at one of our local hotels. The older lighting is visibly dimmer with lower light output than our updated smaller low profiled LED lights😁👍🏻

Time for Christmas lighting!! They produce a crisp light which is visible from a distance.

All that I can say is I'm glad we invested in an underground wire tracer. We were able to find the brunt wiring in the ground. Power was reestablished and checked.👍

Good thing I had my heater and wire caddy handy, as always it helps my wire pull easier and as you can see it straightened out the mess I had earlier that morning👍

Even the cold affected the wire I had ordered to be cut 😄time to warm then up to get them back in order.
