We recently completed another ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit). These are becoming very popular with the new legislation, and we have some more ongoing projects, so stay tuned. This one is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit, with open floor plan for kitchen, living room, and dining room. Not pictured here is a built-in stacked laundry area. Just wrapped up this whole house renovation. This was one of our in-house projects together with BENBO Properties so we were able to make design choices we love like: decorative hood over the range in the kitchen, built-in microwave in the island, wood floors throughout main floor, custom metal railings for the interior stairs, and custom tiled walls and niche in the main bathroom. Pictures from recently completed Mudroom.
Mudrooms are transitional spaces, separating the exterior from the interior of the home. Mudrooms originated in rural areas, where muddy conditions are common, and served as an entry room in which one could remove and store outdoor work attire. These rooms still serve the same purpose, but are much more prevalent in home design today. They help to keep the house clean, acting as a designated area to remove dirty gear that could track dirt into the home. Mudrooms are organizational headquarters and great drop zones for items that you will need when leaving or entering the home, like sports equipment, shoes, bags, coats, etc.

We just completed this small basement project. Finishes to an existing area, including cabinets, doors, trim, and paint. One of our favorite parts is the bar area. The bar fridge is actually 2 mini fridges, but the doors are reversible, so it can look like a double door fridge. There is also a bathroom, an office, and a storage area.

to this we completed this past . One disclaimer is that the colors don’t look the same in person as they do in the pictures. Which is why we always urge our clients to grab samples of their selections and check it at home, in the space, with the available lighting. The door and trim paint is Tricorn Black by Sherwin-Williams, although it looks more gray in the photos. The wall is Taiga, that has been darkened. This is why it’s good to work with paint stores, because they can customize your paint mix. After the first couple of coats, the green looked too light, so we were able to ask the paint store to add black and remix, for a new fresh coat.

Recent completed project for a Sunroom (shell-only on our end). A Sunroom is defined mainly by having a large quantity of glass, usually lots of windows, that maximize natural light in the room. Sunrooms can vary in types of construction mainly by deciding how much of the room is to be insulated, how it’s finished, and if it should be suitable for all or just some seasons.
