Bangert Construction & Excavation is looking for an experienced and motivated Working Foreman to join our team.
We are looking for someone who can lead a crew in the field while also working alongside them to keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and with a high level of quality.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in multiple areas of construction who takes pride in leadership, productivity, and getting the job done right.
What we’re looking for:
âś” Construction leadership experience
âś” Strong work ethic and accountability
âś” Ability to read plans, solve problems, and keep jobs on track
âś” Hands-on experience in excavation, site work, concrete, utilities, or general construction
âś” Equipment experience is a plus
