Just finished up our latest remodel! A huge painting job and more!

We:

-Painted 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, stairwell, hallways, multiple doors, and then some! Even painted the stair railing, and painted the lights black to modernize them.

-Replaced multiple lights and ceiling fans, adding a modern chandelier to the dining room, and a pretty light in the hallway

-Replaced toilet, mirror, vanity light, sink and towel bars in the downstairs bathroom

-Repaired broken drawers and refinished kitchen cabinets

-Painted door hinges black and replaced the k***s

-Replaced window shades and curtain rods

-A bunch of other miscellaneous things!

If it can be painted, fixed, or replaced and it's inside your home, we can take care of it!

Bathroom remodel with a cherry blossom theme! 😁

Our latest project! A full basement apartment remodel! We subcontracted the flooring (we do flooring, but since it was the entire apartment and we had so much to do, we decided to get some help!), and a little bit of the plumbing and electrical.

But the things we did were:

✅ Painted entire apartment, including cleaning the original hinges for closets/cupboards and painting them black

✅ Tub surround

✅ New toilet (the drain was a bit of a challenge as you can see but I cleaned it all up and put in a new fl**ge)

✅ Vanity, cool new mirror, all the bathroom accessories

✅ Vinyl baseboard and all of the quarter round trim

✅ Removed and installed new kitchen cabinets (also painted them and added k***s/handles) and countertop, carefully planning everything so they are functional (added MDF so cabinet and drawer could be opened by the stack pipe and everything lined up with the sink) and added two extra cabinets/counter next to the stove and fridge to give this small kitchen more counter space and storage while keeping things accessible

✅ Changed the door on the fridge so it opens the other way and hooked up the stove

✅ Installed dishwasher

✅ Beautiful new sink and faucet

✅ Tiled ceramic blacksplash with subway tile and black grout (black grout can be quite messy but the results are worth it!)

✅ New pendant light and wired a light switch for it

✅ Lots of drywall removal and replacement and lots of hole repairs!

✅ Painted all doors and changed out the hinges and doork***s

✅ Painted and added new heat registers and vent covers

✅ Installed 3 cool remote controlled ceiling fans, everyone loves those!

✅ Replaced all other lights, including closet lights

✅ Painted laundry room floor and patched crack in foundation

✅ About a million other little things like the window cover for the kitchen, curtain rods, smoke detectors, a dozen outlets, some broken switches, etc. !

The owner gave us free rein to pick out the color scheme, the flooring, lights, faucets , cabinets, vanity. Literally everything. So this is what we came up with. So happy with how it turned out. It really brightened up and modernized this cute basement apartment! And above all, the owner loves it so much!
