Another project completed ahead of schedule!SFS just wrapped up nearly 250 piers and a full scale modulus load test in under 5 working days for the new Lifetime Fitness in Herriman, UT. The structure required piers due to collapsible soils and our team was able to execute a fast turn around design & installation to keep the project on schedule.

Ran into a challenge on a recent project, the client was running short on fill for the house pads. Instead of waiting around, we proposed getting started and making use of the spoils from drilling.

Our crews stockpiled material along the edges, and the earthwork contractor came through and spread it with a blade. Simple adjustment, kept things moving, and made use of what we already had on site.

SFS has proudly completed the installation of piers for the new grandstands and locker rooms at Dayliss Stadium. We were happy to perform this work for Dick Anderson Construction and to be part of a project that will significantly enhance these facilities and create lasting value for the community. It is always rewarding to help build infrastructure that brings people together and benefits the public for years to come.
