This project was significantly impacted by fire. We were tasked with dismantling all fire-affected areas. This involved replacing 12 trusses and all plywood sheeting. The entire front wall of the building required reframing. The renovation concluded with the installation of new siding on the entire building, resulting in a fresh new appearance.

We took part in a project at an assisted living facility, where a survey revealed that residents viewed the building as excessively institutional. In line with the property manager's design, we built roof overhangs. The maintenance crew will then proceed to install stone bases around the pillars, and carry out landscaping tasks to make the facility feel more like home.
