We are seeking a landscaping foreman to ensure efficiency and that client standards are attained. We are searching for, trained, capable crew leaders with experience to join our team!

Responsibilities and daily job expectations include but are not limited to:

Planning and organizing your crews day, and communicating expectations to your crews
Keeping your crew productive on an daily basis
Winter pruning, spring clean up, fertilizing plant material, tree cutting and pruning, winterization, installation of perennials and annuals, watering, weeding
Drive and maintain company vehicles provided for work
Skills and other requirements:

Gardening skills such as: extensive knowledge of plant material, best pruning practices
Valid drivers license and good driving record
Strong leadership skills
Familiarity with the techniques and equipment used in landscaping. Experience running equipment such as skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.
Ability to manage a crew of 3-4 people
You also must be able to handle the physicality of our work: weather conditions, heavy lifting (30-80 pounds), and extensive walking
At least year of experience in lawn care and landscaping a must
Supervisory experience desired
CDL- a plus but not required
Reliable Transportation
English and Spanish speaking is a plus

Summary of a Parking Lot Sweeper Driver:

ACC International is looking for a Parking Lot Sweeper Driver. This position does NOT require a CDL license. Our 3rd shift starts from 8:00 pm ends around 8:00 am. You will be responsible for your sweeper.

Responsibilities of a Parking Lot Sweeper Driver:

Driver will drive sweeper truck to a job. Use a blower to blow out trash. Sweep up trash with truck.
Perform basic pre-trip inspection, which includes oil level, tire pressure, burnt out lights etc.
Drive the truck from job to job 100-200 miles nightly.
Sweeping on job site includes: sweeping parking lot, empty garbage cans and doing necessary hand work with blower, push broom and shovel.
Dump the truck.
Complete paperwork/electronic work order or IVR upon completion of night.
Good knowledge of traffic regulations and safe driving practices.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work independently, customer service skills, organizational skills, and a positive attitude are required.
Requirements of a Parking Lot Sweeper Driver:

Punctuality and honesty are expected. After training is complete you are on your own and are expected to perform in a professional manner and quality work.
Must have ability to speak, understand, and write and read English.
Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb in and out of equipment.
Able to work around dirt, dust, and noise associated with heavy equipment.
Training will constitute of a supervisor riding with you to do the training on-site until you are ready to sweep.
