Currently studying abroad in Peru and I just had one of the most terrifying shower experiences of my life.
When I moved in, my host mom warned me NOT to touch the metal shower parts and only touch the glass because the shower can shock you. I honestly thought she was exaggerating… until today.
Even while touching ONLY the glass, I felt electric current pass through me while showering.

😅 Gravity wins again. The real fix? Open the wall and raise the drain—anything else is just a temporary headache waiting...

To my neighbor currently doing loud sewer pipe construction at 10 AM on a Saturday morning:
Respectfully… nobody wants to wake up to that 😡
I was dead asleep enjoying my weekend when suddenly it sounded like a full construction zone exploded outside my house. Pipes banging, machinery running, workers yelling back and forth — all before noon on the ONE morning people actually get to rest.
