This 59,300 sq ft facility brings state-of-the-art labs, classrooms, and student support spaces to Dickson County, built to power healthcare training for TCAT and Nashville State Community College.

Not even 47 weather days could stop our team from delivering ahead of schedule.🙌

The University Center Renovations Project is a multi-phased, occupied renovation of approximately 147,519 SF, three levels of the University Center, which is the most heavily trafficked building on Campus. The project consists of selective spatial reconfigurations, where the scope includes a full gut and renovation of the space to support growing campus operations.
