CWT Contracting delivered a turnkey conversion of a 7,200 SF gym into a SafeSplash Swim School in Huntsville, Alabama. The $1.8M project, from ground break to Certificate of Occupancy in just over five months, included a new pool system, office spaces, lobby, breakroom, employee showers, and significant MEP upgrades. Our team coordinated closely with the franchisor’s design team to ensure the project met brand standards while maintaining schedule and budget clarity.
