If fact the gentlemen that hire all the workers that in charge of the crews, is a roofer, but also was a builder up in Michigan. Congratulations to the Allen family on ShadesCrest Rd for their new roof. And thanks to Mayo's Roofing Crew on another job well done. We aren't even close to the biggest roofing company. And just because there are bigger roofing doesn't mean bigger results. Mr.Allen shopped and got the best deal available with Mayo's Roofing. We were able to provide the best deal out of 7 different roofing.
companies. Yesterday I was saying something about the deal he got. And he said " Ken to be honest you didn't give my wife and I the best price, we felt and still you provided the best value for the difference in monies." With the upgrades we offered them and the 5 year warranty in the workmanship, and me making myself available 24/7. Before we came to an agreement they called several times asking questions. They said "everytime we called you, you picked up the phone." He said " that really meant a lot to us. And you going to Lowe's with my wife to make absolute sure of the right color was being chosen by her. It was a big deal. No one else offered that." These are before and after photos of a home that Mayo's Roofing LLC did this summer. We filed the claim with their home owners insurance company. When the insurance adjuster contacted them to make the appointment to come and inspect the home , they called me told me when they had set the appointment. We met the adjuster at their house and walked them through the process. So that they would feel comfortable about every single thing that was being done and why. After a brief conversation with the adjuster we were able get approved for a total replacement. And we explained what would happen from there. When we going over the insurance paperwork. We agreed to upgrade their roof to a lifetime dimensional shingle. Which will protect them against almost double wind factors. And things of that nature. And agreed to several other upgrades like ridge vent. These things will help on protecting you from natural forces of nature, but will save on the untilities and on the resale value of your home. We also gave them a 5 year warranty on the workmanship. Thanks for doing business with Mayo's Roofing LLC. That is essentially how we do business.
