What impressed me most was their commitment to quality. After removing a very old screen door, they went the extra mile to ensure everything was finished properly and looked great. The attention to detail and pride in their work really showed.

Great review from Carrie... "We contacted a few companies to quote on window replacements for our Mammoth condo with 40+ year old original windows. Quotes were fairly similar and we chose John the Window Guy and sure glad we did. He gave us thoughtful and honest answers to questions and listened to what we wanted and needed. He was always responsive to our many questions. He and his team were clean and diligent in their work and our property manager complimented them on how clean they were doing the job.
We also chose to purchase blinds through John despite some reluctance as the brand was not one well known. John was the reason we moved forward due to his honesty, thorough replies and attentiveness.
When we had some issues from manufacturers or minor installation issues, John was quick to resolve whatever he could and assist with any manufacturer required actions.
We highly recommend John the Window Guy. He is a "one-man" show with a small team and we think this was a better choice than bigger operations. Excellent Customer Service!
