Job Title: Landscape Laborer

Location: [Bismarck/Mandan, ND] (on-site; travel between job sites required)

Position Type: Full-time (seasonal/yr-round negotiable)

Pay: $DOE — plus opportunities for overtime
$1,000 Sign On Bonus

Overview:
We’re seeking a reliable, hard-working Landscape Laborer to join our team. You’ll help maintain and install residential and commercial landscapes, performing physical outdoor work to create and enhance outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Install mulch, soil, plants, sod, and irrigation components.
Prune shrubs and small trees; remove weeds and debris.
Assist with hardscaping tasks, including installing pavers, edging, retaining walls, and pathways, as well as site prep and material handling.
Operate hand and power tools.
Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and area.
Follow crew leader directions and safety procedures.
Assist with seasonal tasks: planting, aeration, hardscape/irrigation support.
Communicate professionally with clients on-site as needed.

Qualifications:
Entry-level or prior experience accepted.
Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather (lift up to 50 lbs).
Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards.

Preferred Skills (optional):

Irrigation, hardscape, or horticulture experience.
CDL or landscape equipment operation experience.
