Today work looks a little different. We aren’t serving in the office, we are serving at one of our customers benefits. They needed a double kidney transplant and now they need our community’s help!

Tom and Paula are cooking sausage and kraut, and we purchased it from another amazing family owned business, Butcher Block Meats! Courtney is helping with the silent auction.

If you have time today and would like to bless and care for someone in our community that could use your help, please join us at the benefit today. There will be silent auction items, home made knoephla soup, a silent auction, and bake sale.

Can’t make it but have it on your heart to help? Every little bit counts AND 20% your donations will be matched, up to a $5,000 match if you donate using the QR code on the flyer.

This family is one of our local farming families and they bless us with healthy food, we want to show them they are seen and that we can all help get their medical expenses paid when we work together.

We just locked up the shop for the day, leaving one light on like we usually do.

But tonight, with the tragedies our community is facing, that light feels a little different.

In the glass business, many of our calls come because something unexpected has happened—a broken windshield, a broken window, an accident or a storm. Over the years, we’ve learned that many times, it’s not just about the glass. There is often much more happening in someone’s life than we can see.

We’ve heard people’s stories. We’ve met customers during some of their best days and some of their hardest. And we’ve always believed that taking care of people means more than simply doing the job they called us to do.

Sometimes it means listening. Sometimes it means finding a way to make one difficult thing a little easier. And sometimes it simply means being there.

Tonight, as we leave that light on, we’re reminded of how connected a community really is.

Our hearts are with the families experiencing unimaginable loss and those facing difficult unknowns right now. There aren’t always words that can make circumstances like these better, but we can stand beside one another through them.

So tonight, our light is on.

Our doors may be locked for the evening, but our door is always open to our community. If there is a way we can serve, help, listen, or simply offer a shoulder, we are here.

And knowing the community we call home, we know ours isn’t the only light that will stay on.

Tonight, may all of those lights be a quiet reminder to those who are hurting:

It has come to our attention that one online search engine has recently listed an incorrect phone number for Haider Glass Specialties. Unfortunately, the number currently shown on that site connects callers to another business.

We are aware of the issue and are working to have it corrected as quickly as possible. Google and many of the major search engines continue to have our correct information.

This week, as we recognize Women in Construction Week, we are proud to celebrate the talented women who are building careers, leading businesses, developing their skills, and making an impact throughout the trades.

We are fortunate to work alongside so many talented tradespeople throughout our community—people who bring skill, integrity, hard work, and heart to what they do every day.

Whether we are working on an automobile, tractor, camper, commercial project, or in someone’s home, we are proud to be part of the trades industry and honored by the trust our community places in us.

It is encouraging to see more women finding their place in the trades and bringing their talents into an industry with so many opportunities to build, create, solve problems, and serve others.

We are incredibly honored to have been a small part of this remarkable project.

Working alongside world-class designers, architects, and some of the best teams in commercial construction was an incredible opportunity. Projects like this are a true collaboration of vision, craftsmanship, and countless people bringing a shared idea to life.

Our team was proud to contribute the mirror elements that help shape the visitor experience — adding depth, reflection, and a sense of connection within this one-of-a-kind space.

To see the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library recognized among the best in design is a proud moment for everyone who had a hand in creating it.

Grateful to have played a small role in a piece of history.
