🚧 BIG THINGS ARE HAPPENING AT Denny's Storage! 🚧

We are thrilled to announce that the third floor concrete is officially complete! Even more exciting, third floor framing is now well underway, this incredible project is taking shape faster every day!

Seeing the vision come to life has been amazing, and we are getting closer and closer to having the building fully enclosed. The momentum on site is incredible, and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead!

We are still on track for a LATE SUMMER opening, and we can’t wait to bring this brand new, state of the art storage facility to the community. Thank you to everyone following along and supporting the progress, the best is yet to come! 🎉

Construction update!!

Steel is up and the building is really starting to take shape. What started as a vision is now something you can see driving up and down State Street!

When complete, this location will bring over 700 units to the Bismarck area, along with first-class amenities to help meet the growing need for quality storage across our community.

We’re pushing toward a late summer / early fall opening and can’t wait to welcome you in.

🏗️ Construction Update — We’re Going Vertical!

Exciting progress on site as we’ve officially begun vertical construction and are starting to take the building to the next level. The first floor is nearly complete, and structural framing is moving quickly as crews continue pushing forward.

It’s great to see the vision coming out of the ground and turning into something real. We’re grateful for the hard work of everyone involved and the continued support from our friends and neighbors in the community.

🚧 Project Update 🚧

Great progress happening on our climate controlled storage units!

🔸 Stair Tower Construction:
The Denny’s Storage stair tower is currently under construction. To ensure the concrete cures properly during these cold temps, the enclosure is being heated 24 hours a day to maintain a minimum of 40°F.

🔸 North Elevator Tower Complete:
The north elevator tower—located right next to the stair tower—is officially finished! 🎉

🔸 What’s Coming:
The new storage facility will feature 2 stair towers and 2 elevators, improving safety, convenience, and accessibility for all future customers.

🎉 Big things are happening in 2026! 🎉

We’re very excited to announce that our new climate controlled storage facility will be opening in Bismarck this year. Construction is moving along nicely, each step brings us closer to welcoming customers into a brand new space designed with security and convenience in mind.

Our new facility will have over 100,000 square feet of climate controlled storage with fully enclosed, temperature controlled, loading and unloading areas.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported us along the way. We’re excited to grow with our community and will continue sharing updates as progress continues!
