🚨 WATER ENTRY INTO THIS HOME!!! Missing Ridge and hip shingles on this roof have caused the underlayment to breakdown and a hole to form. This exposes the rafters and decking.

The deck has absorbed quite a bit of the moisture, and there is water damage to the interior no doubt. This is a common issue that we see happen after the ridge cap is blown off during a major wind event or premature breakdown from improper ventilation.

🚨 New roof for a new homeowner! 🚨 We were able to work with and their client to get the roof replaced by insurance and installed in about 2 weeks. This allowed for an early close and full peace of mind for the buyer. They will also be instantly eligible for an insurance discount because if their new impact resistant roof.

Roof inspections in East Tulsa Today. A lot of wind damage and isolated large hail. We have noticed a lot of roof out here with 3-Tab shingles. These are super susceptible to wind and hail damage. We are getting these homeowners qualified and repaired! 💪 🦅 🇺🇸

Completely de-granulated shingles. This roof is long over due to be replaced. When your shingles lose their granules the fiberglass becomes exposed and breaks down rapidly when exposed to the Oklahoma weather. Yearly inspections are strongly suggested.
