We are looking for a very integral part of our team, an office admin to take us to the next level. Freedom Homes is growing rapidly, we are looking for an energetic, smart, loyal person to help with administrative duties, as well as help David Nelson with sales. This position can eventually lead into a management role as we scale to new heights in the coming year.
New home construction and remodeling are always in demand in the Tulsa metro and Freedom Homes is looking to show up for customers more and more in the metro area. While scaling up a business, day to day operations can get hectic, so the team member we are looking for will be playing a huge role in managing this.
Duties will include...
- Answering the phone with a pleasant voice
- Inputting data at the speed of Usain Bolt
- Organization of day to day operations
- Executing customer service like a BOSS
- Scheduling jobs with the confidence of Tony Stark
- Collecting money and getting PAID from customers!
- And finally, anything else needed to help David Nelson (the owner) take this company to infinity and beyond!
Other Benefits
- Compensation = $15.00 to $21.00 per hour
- Bonuses are paid quarterly and are available for overachievers

- Two Years of Customer Service Experience Preferred
- Proficient in Quickbooks
- Proficient in Excel
- Answering the phone and booking calls

- Strong Computer Skills - we will be training you in our software
