‼️Calling Out BS Inspectors‼️

If you’ve paid for an inspector to go through your potential new home, and they camera 2 feet out of 50 feet of sewer line and say you’ll be “good to go”, please tell them get out.

If you’ve paid them, get a refund. If you haven’t don’t pay them. I’m seeing scammers ruin peoples’ joy of owning a new home.

Buying a new home is a huge decision and a huge investment. I haven’t met a single person yet who has thought a new house investment meant spending another $5k-$8k in costs to repair a sewer line because it backs up and floods their basement 🤯

I won’t call out names, but you fake inspectors need to get out of the business. You’re ruining peoples lives.

‼️Bad Smells Lead to Hospitalizations‼️

All seriousness, I get these calls all the time. Make sure if your house has been sitting for awhile you’ve run water into the drains and fill those P-Traps (let’s not even get me started on squished down wax rings on toilets). Definitely a reason for a bad smell, and for people with COPD this could lead to a trip to the Hospital!

I’ve honestly had to repipe areas where a contractor put drains that drain before a P-Trap and the resident went to the Hospital 3 times. Sewer gases are no joke, they smell bad and can be deadly. Stay safe out there 👍🏽🤠

Note: For once AI got pretty close to a pic I can repost! I mean, unless that drain on the sink is a clean out, but still wrong lol 😂

I just want to let you know, unlike you trolls on the internet with endless funds, some of my clients aren’t as well off.

Those of you that have worked with me or I have worked for know my stance on Sharkbites, I HATE THEM‼️ But instances where I am remodeling one thing at a time they come in handy for temporary use.

This project is going to be done piece by piece since it’s all a bit pricey, so don’t mind those nasty things.

If your plumber asks you to not flush, please don’t flush or use any drains. Put a note for yourself. Or we will shutdown your water during repairs 😳

I know this is a Virginia Post… But they aren’t wrong 🫣 grease and baby wipes are a menace to sewage pipes. Keep them out of your drains.
