At our current master bathroom remodel in Blacksburg, we carefully covered the hardwood floors and stairs along the path our crew and trade partners use each day. It’s a simple step, but an important one.

Your home is still your home while the work is happening! Our goal is to protect it, keep the jobsite as clean and organized as possible, and minimize the impact on the rest of your daily life ✨

The finished space matters but so does the experience of getting there!

🏡 Come take a full tour of this Blacksburg three-season room renovation!

We’ve shared a few peeks at this project along the way, but this video gives you a much better look at how it all came together and how much usable living space was added to this home.

From the Sunspace windows and warm knotty pine interior to the connection with the new upper deck, every part of this project was designed to help these homeowners enjoy their outdoor space for much more of the year.

We walk you through the finished room, talk about some of the details that went into the renovation, and show how the new space connects to the rest of the home.

Tile progress in this Blacksburg master bathroom! 💙

This new walk-in shower is really starting to come together, and the tile combination is such a good one 🤩

Large-format gray slate-look tile creates a beautiful, timeless backdrop, while the blue glass mosaic running down the center adds a pop of color and movement. The mosaic is designed to mimic the vibrant, light-catching look of natural blue onyx — and it definitely makes a statement!

We’re finishing it off with a gray honeycomb-style mosaic on the shower floor for another layer of texture and detail.

One of our favorite parts of a bathroom remodel is watching all of the selections the homeowners made start to come together in the space. More progress to come!

A little preview of TWO transformations at this beautiful 1919 Sears kit house in Pembroke. 🏡✨

Inside, we remodeled the kitchen with one big goal: make the most of every inch while preserving the scale and character of this historic home.

This isn’t a kitchen with room for an oversized island (and it didn’t need to be!). Instead, we packed this smaller space with smart storage, cabinetry designed to use every available inch, bright flooring and tile, and thoughtful details that make the entire kitchen feel fresh, functional, and completely at home in a 100+ year-old house.

Outside, we added a large two-level covered back deck with both stairs and a ramp, creating an entirely new way for the homeowners to access and enjoy their backyard.

These two projects may be very different, but they have something important in common: they’re going to completely change the way this family uses their home.

🚿 Behind the Build: Wyatt Farms Master Bathroom

Tile installation is underway on this master bathroom renovation in the Wyatt Farms neighborhood of Blacksburg!

One of the biggest changes in this space was removing an outdated garden whirlpool bath tub and using that footprint to create a large, comfortable walk-in shower. Now the tile is going in, and the transformation is really starting to take shape. We love the design choices and combination - especially that dramatic darker stripe pattern down the center 🤩

We love a good demo day! 🔨

We’re kicking off a new master bathroom renovation in Blacksburg, and right now it’s all about clearing the way for what’s to come.

This space will eventually feature custom tile, new cabinetry, updated flooring, and a fresh new look designed around the homeowners’ needs and style.

There’s a lot that happens between demolition and the finished photos and we love sharing the process along the way. Stay tuned as this one starts coming together! 🤩
