A fresh look is taking shape in this Wyatt Farm kitchen! 🤩️ These cabinets are getting a new finish as part of the renovation, and we’re excited to see it all come together.

When your cabinets are in good condition and the layout works for you, repainting can give your kitchen a whole new feel while keeping renovation costs down compared with replacing them. That can leave more room in the budget for other updates on your wish list.

Thoughtful remodeling starts with knowing what to change and what’s worth keeping! 🏡

We designed this shower for our clients. Their dog had other plans. 🐶💤

Apparently, this new shower in Wyatt Farm doubles as the perfect nap spot! We’re taking that as a five-star review from the household’s toughest critic. 😂

Happy Friday from RenoDB! Does your dog have an unexpected favorite sleeping spot?

No tricks, all treats! 🎃 This deep white farmhouse sink is going in, and we’re loving the character it brings to our latest kitchen renovation!

There’s something exciting about watching the details you picked out become part of your home. This one deserves a little spotlight! 🤩

Would a farmhouse sink make your kitchen wish list?

Everyone ends up in the kitchen. Sometimes…right where you’re trying to cook. 😊

With holiday gatherings coming up, pay attention to what works in yours - and what you’re always working around. More room to set out food? A spot for guests to grab a drink without opening the fridge behind you? Space to visit without blocking the oven?

Those everyday frustrations can be a useful starting point for planning a kitchen remodel! If a new kitchen is on your wish list for 2027, we’ve gathered some ideas to help you start imagining the possibilities: https://www.renodb.com/blog/host-ready-kitchens-get-your-home-holiday-ready-by-next-thanksgiving

What’s the ONE thing you’d change about your kitchen before hosting again?

Every remodel is a work in progress... and sometimes, that starts long before Joey puts the first coat of mud on the ceiling. 😊

Maybe your remodeling plans are still a work in progress, too! You know what bothers you about your kitchen or bathroom, but you haven’t figured out the layout, picked the finishes, or gotten a handle on the budget.

You don’t need all those answers before you reach out. We’ll talk through your ideas, help you understand what’s possible, and work toward a plan that makes sense for your home.

The tile is up, and this hall bathroom in Blacksburg is coming together! 😍

One of our favorite details? The stone-look tile the homeowners selected for the niche (that little recessed spot that keeps shampoo and soap within reach). It’s a practical feature, but it’s also a chance to bring a little extra personality into the space!

Still a work in progress, but we couldn’t wait to share this peek 👀 Sometimes the smaller details deserve their own spotlight!

Not every progress photo features beautiful tile or new cabinets. Sometimes, it’s a trailer full of what used to be there. 😄 Loaded up, covered, strapped down, and ready to haul away!

Managing debris is part of remodeling, and it deserves attention, too. Because while we’re working on your project, it’s still your home - and taking care of it along the way matters to us. 💜

The only thing better than hearing “we couldn’t be happier”? Hearing that they’re already planning another project with us! 💜

We loved helping these Wyatt Farms homeowners transform their bathroom with a larger tiled shower, a new vanity, and new flooring. And their review made our day! 🙌

“The entire project was completed on time, on budget, and with excellent workmanship!”

They also shared how much they appreciated knowing what to expect, having guidance along the way, and seeing the care our team took to protect their home.

Thank you for trusting us with your renovation and for taking the time to share such thoughtful words. We look forward to working together again!

You’ve decided to remodel the bathroom. Now comes the next question: how do you choose ALL the things? 😅

Cabinets, shower tile, flooring, paint… each decision can feel manageable on its own. Figuring out how they’ll look together is where it gets tricky!

For this Wyatt Farms bathroom in Blacksburg, the homeowners worked with our design partners at Reico Kitchen & Bath, DeHart Tile Co., and independent paint consultant Jamie Seela.

Together, those choices became a room that feels like theirs: from the Blue Onyx waterfall tile to the coordinating blue vanity and lighter flooring.

In our newest blog post, we’re sharing how that process works and why you don’t need to have every answer before getting started. Check out the link below in the comments! 👇

The view was worth keeping. The bathroom was ready for a change. 🛁🌿

In this Riner bathroom remodel, an older built-in jetted tub made way for a freestanding soaking tub, updated tile, and a fresh look—all with that beautiful view as the backdrop 🤩

It’s something we hear often from homeowners: “We love our home, but we’d really like to change this part.” Maybe it’s a bathroom that feels dated, a kitchen that makes cooking harder than it should be, or a space that no longer fits your daily life. You can love where you live and still be ready to make it better!

What’s one thing you’d love to update in your home?
